This is the OUT OF PRINT Psycho-Head Blowout 12" EP from 1987 on Silent Explosion Records (SE-001)? Does not appear to have a catalog # anywhere but this is the 1st ep released on Silent Explosion and only release before Soul-Crusher (SE-002). Limited to 1000 COPIES! White Zombie's 1st EP! Cover has several bends and creases- mostly at the top. But otherwise the cover is in great condition- still has a nice gloss and no fading. Inner sleeve has a few minor bends but nothing bad at all. Still has order form! Form has a minor bend at bottom right but otherwise in excellent condition! Disc in excellent condition- VERY WELL KEPT! RARE!
