All grading is done visually unless otherwise noted.  My grading system is similar to that of Goldmine.  The records are graded underneath a 100 watt light.  The grades I use are, M-,NM,VG++,VG+,VG, VG-,and G.  Covers and sleeves rarely are graded above VG++.   LPs are shipped in a plastic sleeve outside of the cover to prevent splitting the cover during shipment unless the LP is sealed.
