Notes: 500 released. This is #409/500. There is no insert with it as someone asked. Also, asked, is it a bootleg ? I dont know how to tell. The cover is a really good print job, most bootlegs I have seen are not. The inner white paper sleeve has plastic covering the holes and is printed "MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN" and PATENT Nos. 1,125,555 - 1,325,071 and 1,072,844 , The jacket spine is printed NURSE WITH WOUND MERZBLID SCHWET UNITED DAIRIES UD 04

The Jacket is very good looking , no edge damage but it does have a couple of corner bumps. The record doesnt have any spindle marks on either side so I think it has not been played.
