If you are not aware ebay now take 10% of any postage & packing charge on each listing that sells incorporated into their final value fee, my p&p charges reflect this change.

Any postage/courier prices quoted in my listings are for Great Britain only, if you are in an area that this may cost more then please get in touch first to check postage rate. I will post to most areas but at your cost not mine so please ask before you bid to save embarrassment of me having to ask for more money from you. I’m sure you know if you are in one of these areas. Couriers have a cut off time for setting up next day collections, if you want it to be collected the day after the auction ends (weekdays only) then you need to make payment before 19:00 to ensure that I am able to arrange this for you (their rules not mine).

In the unfortunate event that the item is damaged in the post you can either return the damaged item & original packaging (at your expense) back to me where on receipt a refund will be issued, or certificate of posting can be sent for you to make your own claim. Should the item not be delivered by Royal Mail it will be your responsibility to make the claim with them once I have sent you the certificate of posting which is obtained for everything that is entrusted to Royal Mail. I can do recorded delivery, you just have to ask if this is preferred and I will revise the price for you. I aim to post as soon as possible after payment, I do take parcels to work with me in the morning to post on the way home, if you want your item to be in this drop then you need to pay the night before.

Many of my items are advertised elsewhere and can be removed at any time if a sale has taken place and it is no longer available, if you really want what I am selling then get in touch.

As a buyer I always leave feedback as soon as the item arrives and I am happy with my purchase, it lets the seller know that you have received the goods and are happy. Any problems please contact me in the first instance to give me a chance to resolve the issue otherwise please leave me some feedback and I will do the same for you.

Non paying bidders are always reported to ebay and blocked from my auctions, if you don't want it then please don't waste my time. I do not deliver items unless stated on the auction, some items can be collected from my place of work if nearer for you but only at certain times of the day as I work part time so it will be at the start or end of my day.
