Ultra Rare Brian Jonestown LP, Not Even if you were the last dandy on earth, vinyl looks very clean, sleeve is excellent, one mark on the front where small piece came off. Weird record.
This is a The Dandy Warhols-themed release. The song "Not If You Were The Last Dandy On Earth!" is a direct response to the Dandys' 1997 hit single "Not If You Were The Last Junkie On Earth", which was widely known to be about Brian Jonestown Massacre bandleader Anton Newcombe, although some say it is in regards to a female acquaintance of Courtney Taylor's.
Title for track A is taken from release cover and comparison with the album version. Track B is untitled, but is 30 minutes of Anton talking about meeting The Dandy Warhols early in their career and that group's subsequent music industry success while he DJs various records underneath his story.
