Description

Norman Granz' Jazz Concert #1 RARE Norgran 7 EP Boxed Set from1950 Records are VG+ or better. Norgran EP N-3501-7.  This is a Norman Granz organized concert series and is #1 in the series. This is the 7"/45 RPM version of the boxset, which is made up of seven x 7" 45 RPM discs. The records are numbered for use with an autochanger (i.e., side 1/side 14, side 2/side 13, etc.).  The whole compilation was recorded live at Carnegie Hall in NYC on September 16, 1950. Cover by David Stone Martin. The box is in Very Good condition. There is corner wear and two of the corner seams have split. This is a very hard-to-find item!!
