There are records you have in your possession once briefly that you think you'll never hold one again, and out of the blue, one comes along again.
If you're reading this auction, you already know what you're looking at.  This is a holy grail among modern soul/boogie records.  This is Nobody's I Saw You with Heaven's Love, privately released in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Nowhere Records in 1983. 
First, the great news.  The record in this collection is at least three times better than the last copy I had.  The record is a solid VG+ (but very close to EX-, with a couple of storage rubs (non feelable) and a faint mark on B (non feelable).  This record plays even better than the last one. 
The sleeve is VG+ on the front is VG+ with light wrinkling toward the top and the most minor of shelf wear on the bottom.  The sleeve is VG+ with light ring wear on the back of the sleeve.  The label is clean on A, and the label on B has a note from the person that edited the record.

All 45 RPM/7" records will be sent in a 45 rpm mailer with a piece of cardboard on both sides of the record.  The 45 will be shipped to you with a protective plastic sleeve.  Any record in a picture sleeve or company sleeve will be mailed outside the sleeve to prevent damage of the sleeve.

I am a very picky grader and grade strictly. Something I grade as VG condition may be seen by others as VG+. I’d rather grade on the conservative side and have you be pleasantly surprised. Nothing is more disappointing than receiving records from people who grossly over-grade the condition of an LP or CD.
