DESCRIPTION. No Way- Breaking Point EP faeturing Breaking Point/Tv Pox and 30 Seconds. Another original punk rarity from my local area. This is one of only 500 copies ever made and released back in 1979. Lots of punk singles only had small issues back in the day, but what makes this so valuable and sought after is that it contains great punk music. You probably already know that if youre looking at this. I saw these at Newcastle City Hall in 79 or 80 supporting the Undertones and they were superb. Vinyl has been kept in new white cover which has preserved original white inner. Also cover has been kept in PVC sleeve since i got it though ive not had this one from new. Matrix is IS/NW/1035 A1E/B1E. LABEL & CATALOGUE NUMBER: Our Own Records IS/NW/1035 A1E/B1E. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1979 CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX/VG. Vinyl is very clean with a great sheen. Visually this vinyl is EX. Played both sides of this on my Pro-ject deck today. Sounds Excellent. Music is already clear and loud and all ive done is give it a wipe, you might get it even better. Cover has moderate edgewear, cornerwear and creasing. Photo 2 is probably a better indicator of condition though photo 1 is how could it can get in the PVC sleeve- please dont expect it to be mint- its graded accurately- the cover is VG. Check my 7000 feedbacks. Immaculately clean labels with less than 10 spindle lines each side. Original inner is EX with minimal wear only and only light yellowing and no splits. These original white inners served their purpose and mean that these records do not suffer from the usual brushing lines you get with inserting records into card sleeves. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Great copy, great tracks, great band. How did Teeside turn out so many great bands?? Weighs just over 150gm packed in cruciform mailer with 4 stiffeners. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System but please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL ONLY UNLESS STATED. You are likely to get some background noise , even if its just between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
