No Trend Teen Love 7" EX/EX Original US 1983 with all inserts
No Trend is the DC area band that continued to break new ground by musically and philosophically opposing the Dischord hardcore scene at its height in the early '80s. This led to major musical changes on each new release as the band was highly experimental. This is a first pressing of their first ever 7" single from their initial No Wave musical period in which their music relates more closely to PiL, Flipper and Lydia Lunch (whom they later recorded with). This single is extremely rare and it is difficult to determine even how many were ever pressed.
This is being sold from the private collection of a single owner.

COVER - EX The cover is in excellent condition with minor creasing and no tears or splits.
VINYL - NM The vinyl is in wonderful lustrous condition and there is one hairline on each side. Not play tested.
INSERTS - EX All folds are original, minimal creasing, but no marks, tears or discoloration

These beloved punk rock (and other assorted collectible) vinyl LPs have lived in my personal collection for thirty years. They have always lived in individual plastic liners and are guaranteed to never have been carelessly tossed into a mosh pit. They have also never been used to decapitate English zombies. They may have been played at historically insignificant but outrageous parties at very loud volumes. May they have another life in which they are loved by you as much as they were loved by me (or at least as much as Sid loved Nancy).
