A GREAT comp from the early 90's benefiting AIDS charity. The first time issued on vinyl. The artists contributed original songs for the album, making this a must have. Features a hidden Nirvana track, along with others from the Beastie Boys, Sonic Youth, Soundgraden, Pavement, Smashing Pumpkins, Patti Smith and one of the best songs Bob Mould has ever written (I Can't Fight It).
