Saved from the bin! Rare M/Print (Even In His Youth mis-printed on both sides*)! Vinyl is a visual G+/VG, and plays with significant surface noise with no skips. A side has a red "X" through the barcode indicating that is a reject. That "X" in the barcode is something the label does to ensure that the record can't be sold at retail. Typically the rejected item is then "binned" (thrown out to be destroyed), or taken/given away to employees. 
*"Smells Like Teen Spirit" does play on what would be the A side of this 7", with "Even In His Youth" playing on the B side.
