This picture disc is of Nirvana. Nevermind, both sides match the Nirvana, Nevermind release however this is a RARE MISPRESS. The album actually plays the Rolling Stones album Flowers. After doing research only a few of these were released and then withdrawn, the disc itself says it made  in Mexico however apparently it was manufactured in the UK. The disc itself is in VG+ condition, a strange MISPRESS indeed.
