By buying from Hunter Toys you are agreeing to accept and abide by the terms and conditions set out below, if you purchase an item we will assume you have read this:
Tracking numbers: U.K. Royal Mail does not use tracking numbers on standard shipping, if you want a tracking number you must use the tracked shipping option, not standard. Please do not purchase standard shipping then ask for a tracking number after the item has been shipped. We do not accept responsibility for items missing in the post unless a tracking service is purchased. If you do not purchase a tracking service and your item goes missing we will not be held accountable nor will we enter into any discussions regarding missing items.
Shipping Boxes: All records will be professionally packed and sent in appropriate boxes.
Description: Please see item specifics and item condition for item details, especially if using a handheld device. Due to the volume of items we list, descriptions may appear minimal but we are very happy to answer any questions you may have. Items may differ slightly from photo if they are part of a multiple listing or have been re-listed. If you are unsure please ask before buying.
Payment: We only accept Paypal . Please pay within 2 days unpaid item reminders will be automatically sent after 2 days. If you have any problems with payments please let us know as soon as possible, if we don't know we can't help you. We always give a shipping discount on multiple purchases if you request a total before paying for items. Items must be paid for all at once to qualify for a shipping discount.
Shipping: Items will usually be shipped within 3 working days of payment being received, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays. We do not accept responsibility for items missing in the post unless a tracking service is purchased. If you do not purchase a tracking service and your item goes missing we will not be held accountable nor will we enter into any discussions regarding missing items. We always give a shipping discount on multiple purchases, please request a total before paying for items. Items must be paid for all at once to qualify for a shipping discount.
Returns: We are very happy to accept returns, please contact us as soon as possible stating the reason you wish to return the item. Apart from exceptional circumstances we do not pay for return postage or refund initial postage costs. We only accept returns by opening a returns case through eBay.
Important: An option of a tracked shipping service will always be offered with your invoice. Please seriously consider purchasing tracked shipping. If you are unsure about your options please ask before paying for your item(s). Please allow 10 working days for shipping in UK and 30 working days for the rest of the world.
Feedback: We always leave feedback once it has been left for us. If you have a problem of any kind, please get in touch before leaving feedback as we will try very hard to resolve any issue. We reserve the right to block any buyer from using our eBay shop.
