I am the 3rd owner of this record. Bought this a few years ago from a comic book dealer in Florida, who said he was selling it for a local musician who needed to sell the vinyl to raise money for recording. I am only selling it because I obtained #28 and don't need two. :)
I am not a record grader, but previous owner graded it NM-/NM--. I would say it is more of a VG++ (I have high standards though?). There is a light scuff on the record below the word "love buzz" on the bottom, this is a very light superficial scuff, it is not into the vinyl itself, nothing that would affect play. No scratches. Just have to mention, as it is not Mint. The back side of the record is Mint/NM. Front sleeve I would say is NM- or VG++. On the back right corner there is very light off-yellowish discoloring (zoom in on pic 9). Great condition despite it's age!
