Description
No kidding - this vinyl album is as perfect as you would get if you bought it today from a record shop. More on the condition below - but just look at the photographs. It is flawless! You will not find one in better condition...this is a one -off...
Nirvana "Bleach" - Pink vinyl, Sub Pop SP34. No barcode on the back cover! Matrix on the vinyl seems to read " SP -34-A K disc ch L 32926".
Vinyl itself is toatlly unmarked. I have looked at it under different light conditions, in different rooms - and I cannot see a single mark anywhere. Not even a tiny, minor little scuff. I've looked extra hard because it's on pink vinyl - but I cannot see anything.It truly, honestly is flawless. It plays perfectly - no hiss, no background noise whatsoever. The sound is CRYSTAL clear.
It has been stored from new in a white polyliner inner sleeve to protect the vinyl. The labels are perfectly flat, the paper unmarked in ANY way. There is no spindle wear around the centre hole - these are perfectly round and perfectly flat suggesting it was played once or twice from new - and then stored!
The record sleeve is as near perfect as you can get. The gloss is intact on every centimetere, the edges sharp, unmarked, no bending, no minor folds. Absolutely NO writing, sticker marks or ringwear at all. Being totally fussy, there is a 2mm area on the bottom left corner where the cover meets the spine that is ever so slightly scuffed, maybe from being moved on a record shelf. The gloss on this area, which is the size of two ants sitting on top of each other (?!),has been rubbed and the white paper underneath shows through. That apart, the record is perfect. I have spent an hour examing every square centimetre of the vinyl and sleeve.....and that is all I can find that is not perfect in every way.
It is a wonderful record, of course. It is in gorgeous pink vinyl, of course....
and you will NOT find one in better condition on eBay.
