First pressing on the SUPER RARE Waterfront Record Label - Only 300 were ever made!

Vinyl Condition – EXCELLENT on appearance, but a few minor pops during play. Would grade VG+++
Labels are NEAR MINT suggesting that the record is unplayed and NEW
Condition – Cover is EXCELLENT- with crease on the back, (see photos)
