Description
Here is a beautiful, guaranteed original first pressing of Nirvana's debut single, LOVE BUZZ/BIG CHEESE, on Sub Pop. This was issued as a limited edition of 1000 numbered copies, of which this is number 641.
The fold open sleeve is in mint condition. And of course the Alice Wheeler/Susanne Sasic/Lisa Orth credits on the back are clear (unlike on the bootlegs.)
The disc is Mint. I am the original owner. This single was purchased 3 months after it's release in 1988 at a record store in Bethlehem, Pa and was played only once, then never taken out of sleeve until taking photos to have it authenticated on the Sliverit/Love Buzz list site, check out the site for the authentication. The photos accurately represent how nice this copy is--it looks as if it were made yesterday, shiny and brand new. Of course the matrix has the Kdisc stamp on both sides, the Side A inscriptions "Why Don't You Trade Those Guitars For Shovels" SP-23-A / L-31540, and on Side B SP-23-B L-31540X.
Enjoy the glory of owning this very rare record. Super rare and an extremely historic punk/grunge 45.
