The product is a limited edition double LP vinyl record by Nine Inch Nails, titled 'The Downward Spiral', released in 1994 as a promo with PR 5509 identifying This gatefold record as the US 1994 release.

This is not the one more recent releases. This is the one of promo copies sent out to the record stores in 1994 preceding the album’s release. This is the reason for the higher price. The albums in near mint condition, as well as the sleeves and decor, which age is really really brand new looking. It is a huge record though, so please see all pics before purchasing.
