There is no duration given for track B5 on the back cover.
This vinyl has been stored for preservation. It is (was) in my personal collection. The cover and inner sleeve are in really great condition. I would say near mint but I'm no vinyl grader of any sort. I haven't played it since I bought it many years ago. The vinyl itself also seem to be in really great condition. I have no way of testing it and if I did I probably wouldn't do it.
The vinyl is pink... it has some marbling to it. Kinda cool.
Some say this is an unofficial release and some say it's also rare... ¯\_(?)_/¯
I think it's time for me to pass this down the road to someone else to appreciate.
With that, I shall price it with the unknown in mind.
