Description
This item is a first press stereo album released in 1967 on RCA Records by Nina Simone entitled 'Silk & Soul'. Record label and number is RCA Records LSP-3837. Record itself is in excellent condition and when played the record sounded great and played beautifully for the most part with no surface noise however there is a repeating click at the end of the song 'Love o' Love' that lasts for about 15 seconds and some surface noise in the middle of the song 'Consummation' that also lasts for about 15 seconds. The rest of the album played flawless. There are two light scuffs on Side 1 that are not audible. Record was cleaned on a Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine. Record labels show very little if any spindle wear (see photos). Matrix numbers are:

SIDE 2 - UPRS - 4300 - 1 S
Record cover is In strong very good plus condition and would have graded higher if it weren't for some writing on the back of the cover near the top right corner and at the area where the song titles are listed (see photos).
