Nina Simone - At Carnegie Hall - Colpix CP 455, mono, 1963.  Promo, deep groove. 

Vinyl is VG++/VG    A few light hairlines and inner sleeve impressions, a couple tiny feelable marks on B side, A side is just shy of NM.  Labels look VG++.

Sleeve is VG+     Minor corner wear, mild rub wear to front, some foxing / age discoloration on back.
