Very rare Penguin Records release of a Nico Paffgen and John Cale concert live in 1970 doing "Femme Fatale", "No One is There" and the beautiful "Frozen Warnings." Unlike many live recordings these track sound great! Nico's voice comes off very clear and without prior knowledge would not have guessed it was a live recording. On the second side of the LP included are the tracks released on the Immediate Records single from August 25th 1965 (catalogue # IM-003) and these tracks are "Janitor of Lunacy", "I'll Be Your Mirror", "The Last Mile", and "I'm Not Saying." The finale track, "Temper" is a studio out-take from the Academy In Peril sessions, featuring a piano solo by John cale. Only 700 copies were pressed, making it very scarce!

Condition of Vinyl: EX (Excellent) Beautiful and unplayed (until I play tested it) that sounds great with no audible wear. There is a very tiny warp owing to storage. Barely noticeable on my Technics 1200.
Condition of Cover: EX (Excellent) Barely noticeable crease in the upper-right corner.

GRADING
I grade audibly and visually using the goldmine scale as a template. Grades are very strong. Bid with confidence.
NM : Highest grade. No audible flaws and at most one or two very, very faint sleeve scuffs visible only under the brightest light
EX : No audible flaws but may have a few visible scuffs or marks.
VG+ : May have visible scuffs and some faint/light surface noise in very few parts (or inbetween tracks) but not more than 15% of the record is flawed. A very strong and playable grade.
VG : May have visible scuffs and some surface noise in more parts but no more than a couple pops.
VG- : Visible scuffs and surface noise. Some pops and maybe a skip. Still listenable.
G : Playable record but has some major visible and audible wear. Used only for very rare records.
