Third and final album by Nick Drake. There are solo records and solo records. It’s his voice and guitar with his piano added to the title track. No lush strings as on River Man. You must know that this album is available as a CD or 180g reissue. If it is the 46 year old original you want then please look over the photos and follow the link to the recording of this copy.
Incidentally, Keith Morris also took that strange shot on the back of Five Leaves Left, the one with the commuter chap wizzing by.
On with the main event.......
CONDITION.
The sleeve is in very good condition*. There is edge wear and a small nick on the back just below the serial number.
I’ve uploaded separate pictures of the front, back and inside to demonstrate the condition.
The Vinyl is in excellent* condition. There is background crackle on the lead in for both sides. Minimal background noise persists for about 30 seconds on Track 1 of Side 2. I guess it shows against a single acoustic guitar and his rather soft vocal style.
I’ve included photos of the labels. You can see that side 2 lists a track called “Harvest Breec” rather than “Harvest Breed”.
I’ve recorded this copy and have created a “Player” within Ecommerceplayer.com.
I used to be able to implant this within an Ebay listing but they have withdrawn this handy facility. Not wishing to struggle with HTML code I’ve opted for a link to this player. If you open the link in a new window you should not lose your place within ebay.

Do check it out after all it will only take about 30 minutes in total!
(This album recorded on my Linn Sondek turntable using “Audacity”, exported as a 320 kbps MP3 file and uploaded into eCommerce Player. No editing whatsoever.)
Thanks for looking over this item. I've done my best to highlight any deficiencies and again request that you have a listen before placing a bid.

Apologies for any “typos” and my Cavalier use of upper and lower case text.

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
