The cover, sleeve and record are all in excellent shape. The front cover is a tad faded. There is a very slight wear showing the outline of the record. The edges are pretty good with only slight wear. The back cover is in even better shape.

 

The back cover has liner notes from Bruce Malamut dated January 1976. There is no UPC code.
