Description

Admitedly we'd all like an £800 1st pressing from 1970. But beggers can't be choosers! So we have a nice original copy 10 years later but at more affordable pricing... Also listening to a reissue from 10 years later gives the distinct impression ND masters were still in brilliant condition at this point.

Vinyl (Ex) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Super lustre. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slight markings, nothing heavy. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an at least EXCELLENT level of playback with ONE deviation. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. For the vintage - highly impressive. No signs of background. The only thing i could pick out is one third of the way through track  1...i get a couple of crackles/rustles in the audio signal.  Approx for 1 second in two moments. It is audible but does not cut out or overpower Nicks audio... Obviously would be better without..but 99.9% superb performance is not such a bad strike rate!...so really...no big issue. That just stops it hitting top grading. For a 10 year old reissue the audio is truly astonishingly good.
Cover (Ex) Great condition . Slightest edge wear and no t opening on rear...The spine is 95% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
