This is ESP-Disk 1004, The New York Art Quartet Self-titled, a red label, original mono issue, with ESPM -1004A / B and the ear squiggle in the dead wax, featuring Roswell Rudd, John Tchicai, Lewis Worrel, Leroi Jones and Milford Graves. The record is near mint showing almost no signs of wear. The labels are perfect. The black textured cover with paper fold over art / notes wrap is also near mint, with the 180 Riverside Dr. address. A wonderful collector's grade copy of this very rare original issue, offered with no reserve. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
