Track Listings and Their Discography (in Japanese Language) are on Back Part of Picture Sleeve.
This Is Promo only Release Issue, Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels and on The Front of Picture Sleeve.
Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus (Not Having Any Tears or Splits on Spine Parts, However, Left Side Titled Spine Has Erased Parts by Black Marker Like The Photo # 4 and # 5).
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
