Here is your opportunity to own the After the Gold Rush album from Neil Young. This album was the 3rd studio album from Neil Young. Rolling Stone Magazine ranked After the Gold Rush number 71 out of the top 500 albums of all time. This album is amazing in every way and it does not contain any filler what so ever. This is one of my absolute favorite albums. This was the very 1st pressing of this album from 1970. This record contains the ultra rare two tone Warner Reprise W7 label. This label is more rare than the coveted White Label Promo. This particular LP has 31009 RE2 1S as the matrix number stamped in the dead wax, on side one. Side two of the LP has 31010 RE2 1S stamped in the dead wax. The vinyl is in Very Good Plus/Very Good Condition. The LP has some small and faint hairline scratches on each side. Each side of the LP also has some paper scuffing/rubs. The blemishes have a minimal affect on the playback. I did notice some ticks on the beginning of track 1 on Side 2. The playback is between Very Good Plus and Very Good. The LP labels are quite clean with only a few faint spindle marks on each side. Side 1 label also has some faint misprinting. It appears that the pressing plant had also run some ink for John B. Sebastian's solo album. You can see some faint print of the tracks between the actual listed tracks for the LP. This album does include the original lyric insert. The lyric insert is in great shape. This album also contains the original Warner/Reprise company inner sleeve. The inner sleeve is in outstanding shape as well. The LP gatefold cover is in Excellent/Very Good Plus condition. The LP gatefold cover has some minor ring wear that is noticeable on the front and back. The ring wear is slightly more noticeable on the back of the cover. The seams and spine have very little wear. The spine is crisp and completely legible. The corners all have some very minor rounding. The inside of the gatefold is in outstanding shape. This album has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 16.5 and will be shipped in a brand new white inner sleeve. The album gatefold jacket will come in a new 3 mil poly sleeve. The album will be professional shipped in an LP mailer with two 12 inch cardboard inserts. The LP will be positioned outside of the jacket when shipped. This album is ready for playing or storage.
