I'm not sure how rare this is, but it is definately not a mainstream album. It is in great condition and has a cool lyrics poster. I have seen this product for $105.00, so I think this is a great deal for those who either collect rock memorabilia, or just those who want to re-sell a fine item for a profit. I managed to buy two of these albums while working at a record warehouse, and this is the finer of the two. The other one is good, but has some scratches, so if this generous price is too high, consider my other copy (which also has the lyrics poster). (I have just sold the other one, so disregard the previous sentence, which I should just delete, but as a lame selling tactic, I left it in. But I also lowered the bidding price of this item.)
