Neil Young Rare 1rst After The Gold Rush White Label Promo Clean EX/NM- Vinyl LP

Greetings my friends,
Up for sale is a rare and highly desirable white label promo copy of Neil Young's gem "After The Gold Rush." A treasure and a great asset to any collection.
No timing strip on album cover. A nice clean cover, no damage on cover in any event that a prior timing strip was removed. Nice presentation of the graphic on front cover. The album cover does have a couple flaws: one center seam split at top of right side gatefold. One seam split at bottom right of right gatefold. In my opinion, these seam splits are in their early stages and easily repairable with glue. I have done it personally to many of my albums and they are brand new no splits with a light application of worker's glue.
Vinyl is nice and clean. Shows that it clearly hasn't been played too much and stored well. Plays exceedingly well beginning to end with no skips or repeats. It's ** one flaw, however, is a noticeable and light edge warp. It lasts through track one and is noticeable on track one on both sides of the LP and then secedes as track two onward progresses (edge warp 101). This edge warp does NOT at ALL affect playback WHATSOEVER. There are no skips, repeats, issues of any kind other than the noticeable edge warp described. Nice playback and a great copy.
I'll be honest, I think this warp could possibly be fixed with some bookmatching or surface pressure in a safe space. Wish I could just don't have the time. 
Poster is in truly great shape. No tears or creases that I could spot. If anything. Nice shape. Vinyl I grade as EX (and possible lower NM- consideration). I timidly use the NM grade, and I also look at everything under soaring light in addition to doing playtests. The vinyl at multiple glances has a very clear and reflective quality. Under the fine light I can see the lightest of wear and a handful of light visible scratches that are tough to notice. Thus I place the record at EX and the lowest scale of NM- consideration.
