Neil Young Promotional LP pressed on Quiex II vinyl entitled "Trans" on Geffen (GHS 2018). Quiex II vinyl is a purer vinyl used only on promotional pressing. Quiex II is a pure vinyl formulation colored with dye, rather than carbon black (which has coarse granules and creates noise). When Quiex II vinyl is placed next to a bright light, it is semi-transparent. The record is Near Mint with clean labels and played great on my turntable. The cover is Excellent with minor wear and has no writing or seam splits, and is NOT a cut-out. The original inner sleeve is present, in very nice condition, with lyrics on one side and photo of Neil on the other side. The front cover does have the gold stamp stating it is a promotional copy and a Quiex II sticker. The tracks on the LP are "Little Thing Called Love / if You Got Love / Computer Age / We R In Control / Transformer Man / Computer Cowboy (AKA Syscrusher) / Hold On To Your Love / Sample And Hold / Mr. Soul / Like An Inca." The album is an original first pressing that was released in 1982. Great sounding record.
