Neil Young & Crazy Horse: WELD. Double live vinyl LP on Reprise Records. Gatefold sleeve. Catalogue number 7599-26671-1
Using the Goldmine ratings standard (used on Discogs etc):
Vinyl condition: Very good plus (VG+). Some small hairline marks are visible here and there in strong daylight but they don't affect playback, to my ears.
Sleeve condition: Very good plus (VG+). Very slight ring wear visible in good light, but not at all obvious. Very moderate wear at corners. 
Many would rate this record as NM, I'm sure, but I'm being conservative. A Neil Young classic, now rare on vinyl.
