Description
Neil Young's first two releases and on the coveted Reprise steamboat label. Both are first pressings. LPs play well. Included are:
Neil Young: RS 6317 Matrix # Side 1: 30817 RS 6317 A RE-1 -1A
Side 2: 30818 RS 6317 B -1C
Visual: Very Good + Disc still has lots of gloss and only a minimal amount of marks. Very clean.
Plays: Sounds great, playing with occasional surface noise. A nice listen.
Jacket: Has seen better days. Full split on top and partial on bottom edges have been glued. Still this first issue jacket is the one to have if you want to own some original Neil history. Later issues added his name on the front. Includes original inner sleeve in very good shape.

Visual Very Good to Very Good+ Has a few marks but not trashed. Still lots of glossy shine! Clean!
Plays nicely with occasional surface noise, mostly between tracks. There is a quick skip on Down By The River. Not catastrophic but worth mentioning. Overall nice sound on this first pressing!
Jacket: Gatefold jacket is in superb shape! Mild edge, corner and ring wear. No splits. Not sure if inner sleeve is original but it's in nice shape. No lyric sheet. Rarely is this jacket found in this amazing condition!
Also: The above LP's are in anti-static inner sleeves and resealable outer sleeves with the jackets and LPs separated to avoid further wear and offer more protection.
Play: The above LP's were played and enjoyed recently on a Thorens TD 165 turntable.
Finally: As an audiophile I have attempted to disclose everything of significance for this great LP which comes from my personal collection.
