Description
At the time of this writing, the Seller had additional titles by this artist for sale on Ebay. The Seller is the Original Owner and received this LP as a promotional copy from the label at the time of its release.
The discs were visually inspected and appears to be in NM condition. The discs have rare non-standard WHITE LABELS used on albums destined for radio DJs, record stores/buyers, and media personnel to promote a new release. These are typically first pressing copies, which are coveted by collectors. The wording DEMONSTRATION-NOT FOR SALE is printed on each label.
The gatefold cover is in VG+ condition with minimal shelf wear. It has a gold promo stamp on the rear cover, and two DJ timing stickers on the front, one for each disc. It has the original custom inner sleeves, which are printed in full color on glossy paper stock and feature concert photos and credits. They are in excellent condition with no seam splits. Please zoom in on the provided photos to see the overall condition of this item.
(Wikipedia Excerpts) Neil Diamond is an American singer-songwriter. He has sold more than 130 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists in history. Billboard ranked him as the 25th greatest artist of all time.
Love at the Greek is a live double album by Neil Diamond which was released in 1977. It was Diamond's second live album recorded from a concert at The Greek Theater in Los Angeles, and Neil's second album produced by Robbie Robertson of The Band (the first being 1976's Beautiful Noise). The CD release does not include the songs "The Last Picasso" and "Longfellow Serenade", which are both included in the vinyl version for sale here.
This album was released in conjunction with a television special broadcast of the concert footage that aired in the United States on February 21, 1977. The television special, broadcast on NBC (and simulcast on FM stations nationwide) was also titled "Love At The Greek." The special was nominated for four Emmy Awards.

The Seller was in the retail record business in the 1970's-1980's and acquired a collection of 2500+ albums from that era, which is now being sold on Ebay. Most are promotional and collectible LPs which have never (or seldom) been played. Many are white label promos, first pressings, and often factory sealed. The collection has been securely boxed and stored in a smoke free environment since 1983, 39 years! Please check back occasionally to see my new listings. I add approx. 25–50 new LPs per week.
Grading methodology is as follows:
M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and has never been played.
NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks.
VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. May have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, sawcut, or cut corner indicating it is a promotional copy.
VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches, or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, etc.
