Here we have another Rare Nos 45 by "Nancy Adams" on RCA promo # 8410. This doesn't pop up often, and very sought after!  B side has a couple very light sleeve scuffs and the A side label has a piece of tape on it No skips or crackling sounds. Other then that, the vinyl shines brightly and has a beautiful glow! I grade this with its stock RCA sleeve a EX
