Gleaming Gloss Vinyl looks and plays Like New. Labels are Super-clean both sides with no spindle trails.
NOTE: Label side 1 has mfg. wrinkle - this is NOT wear, scuff or spindle marks - simply a label pressing irregularity.

COVER is EX
Crisp, sharp and extremely clean with some soft, small laminate edge creases on laminated front. Faint ringwear to back only; one lightly (still sharp) l.r. corner. All corners sharp, all edges straight. 100% legible, sharp, clear spine titles. Seams and spine completely intact with no wear or splits.

Rare GRAIL Prog/Acid/Psych Underground Gem from France

NYL, a French rock commune, were naturally but intentionally formed around Michel Peteau by a host Of France's top Underground/Psych/Space Rock musicians, soon after he disbanded Cheval Fou. NYL were MICHEL PETEAU (guitar), STEPHANE ROSSINI (drums,voices), JANNICK TOP (bass; from Magma), PATRICK FONTAINE (bass, from Ame Son and former Daevid Allen 1st Banana Moon, Gong line-up), ELISABETH WIENER (voices), OLIVIER PAMELA (voices, bass), LOY EHRLICH (keyboards; known later for his work with Gong's Didier Malherbe), D.B.F. (synthesizer), ambient-drone pioneer: ARIEL KALMA (synths, sax, effects), and BERNARD LAVIALLE (guitar, from Ame Son). They gathered for recording live material in a studio that crystallized as this only one eponymous album, released via Urus Records in 1976. They sadly disbanded soon after the session for this LP.

The self-titled `NYL' is full of ideas and energy - Long spacey jams with trippy space-rock, improvised Kraut-Rock like passages and heavy Sixties-style fuzzed-up Acid Rock, full of fiery Psychedelic grooves and sound effects. This is some very hypnotic music with a free feeling overall, close to the likes of AMON DUUL, GONG, and in parts, early SOFT MACHINE with long, spaced out powerful guitar driven workouts which remind a lot of AGITATION FREE.

Sadly he has now finally left this mortal coil, bequeathing me his deep Vinyl Mine.

I do NOT EVER want to exclude all bidders from any particular country, even though a few specific countries are responsible for almost all spurious "not received" or "not as described" claims over the years. This evolves... for instance in France, buyers from Ile de France area seem, more and more, to be very prone to make a false claim. (one of my earliest, very best customers was from Ile de France but moved to Belgium some years back) ...so even there, I hate to exclude ALL buyers from there; however I cannot possibly afford to be scammed due to the unlucky result of a winning bidder being a bad actor. IF you are from that area and want to bid/buy, simply contact me first and give me good reason to trust you.

Also it seems to be the fun game recently for some in Germany, Spain and Italy to buy far more than the collector can afford and make false claims on many of them. Again I will need to know you can be trusted. Many, many great buyers in all those countries, but plenty of trouble comes from them as well. Brazil has terrible post/mail problems. Italy has long Customs hold times. In NONE of those cases is it my fault and I will not lose out because of other countries' problems beyond my control. Occasional problems from China and Russia -I reserve the right to cancel a sale or bids from any buyer, case-by-case if I note problematic behavior or red flags.

Having said that, I will not ever cancel any bidders with solid, good reputations and feedback.

I sell regularly to all those countries (though Ile de France bidders will definitely need to contact me FIRST before bidding).
