Every Tuesday night (European time) I will offer old punky records. My name is ‘punky_music’
Only 1,000 records of this legendary New York City punk killer from 1978 (not 1979) were made. This original first pressing was officially never released with a picture sleeve. However, 9 handmade sleeves were created, that's right just NINE, and one of these sleeves was sold (by myself) on eBbay (about 10-12 years ago) for $1700. This very limited handmade sleeve should not be confused with the bootleg reissue, which had all its copies issued in a picture sleeve. Pressed on their own private mini label NYN records. The sound of both tracks is like a drug which creeps into your skin and totally kills your brain. The oustanding Headliner appears on the KILLED BY DEATH #3 sampler. The equally superb Just Like Dresden '45 will knock your head offer, and appeared on KILLED BY DEATH #19 and BLOODSTAINS ACROSS NEW YORK #2. With the band is Dieter Runge from Germany. Before he moved to New York City, he played in the first formation of ROTZKOTZ, a German punk band who formed in 1977. As additional, originals were born with NYN-100-A FIWNYC HP and NYN-100-B FIWNYC HP etched in the run-out grooves. Here's also the comment from the great FLEX book (US Hardcore/Punk discography):

Sole release by a band from New York City. A side is raw, tough punk rock, somewhere in between the dirty Detroit sound and mid-70’s punk à la Heartbreakers. B side is faster and rougher, almost in a Stimulators vein. Excellent 7”. [8]

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
