We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. 1970 COMPLEX is the most sought-after artifacts of British Psychedelia. Only 99 copies were produced as a 'demo' of the impossibly-rare initial press. Despite the fact the debut album, by this Blackpool England band was recorded in November 1970 and it sounds like it`s a straight out of the 'summer of love sixties.'
Basically we`re talking echo-laden organ driver garage psychedelia The highlights are “Witch`s Smell” and “Storm O The Way” both no notable fot some punchy organ work & strong vocals and “Self Declaration” which has lot of fuzzy quitar and groovy organ swells.

Complex were an band from Blackpool in North-West England formed in 1968 consisting of lead guitarist Brian Lee, lead vocalist and drummer Tony Shakespeare, bass guitarist Lance Fogg and rhythm guitarist Tony Fisher. After some initial personnel changes, in early 1970 the line-up consisted of Lee, Shakespeare and Fogg with the addition of Steve Coe on keyboards.
In November 1970 they cut their first album, entitled simply Complex
The album was originally devised as a demonstration record (demo) for bringing the band to the attention of major record companies for the purpose of obtaining a recording contract.
As mentioned, only 99 vinyl copies of the original album were pressed ... any quantities greater than 99 would incur the imposition of potential UK purchase Tax (a 33 1?3% tax on goods sold in the UK which was introduced during World War II on sales of "luxury" goods in order to reduce the deemed wastage of raw materials. In 1973 Purchase Tax was abolished and replaced by Value Added Tax [VAT] at a then rate of 10%)
Unsurprisingly the original 99 copies demo edition album is now considered as one of the rarest and most valuable of British psychedelic vinyl records on the market (apparently reaching prices of up to and over $6,000 for an original copy)
Even this rare UK reissue surpasses the demo - going back to the master tapes and remasters the recording to near crystal clear fidelity [and] it sounds like a different [superior] album entirely against the notoriously poor sounding 1970 demo.

CONDITION: The cover: fragile, near M- totally collection worthy with no issues. Hand numbered... the record was released in the USA by an underground profiteer, which, yes, is also rare, but not up to the standards of this scarce release. Hand numbered limited UK edition, no less than 20 years old and forget-about-it scarce.
The vinyl: rated M- ...thick UK pressing is clean... plays clean, no issues, labels are clean ...
While we'd love to own a an original copy of this 'monster' chances are next to zero, plus the value exceeds the reality at this point.
