This is an ORIGINAL 1988 I.R.S. RECORDS U.S. LP ISSUE (NOT A RECENT REISSUE) OF THE 1988 LP titled 'Survive' from first Anthrax vocalist Dan Lilker's speed metallers Nuclear Assault.  It is I.R.S. Records U.S. catalog number IRS-42195, with the original shrinkwrap still surrounding the cover, original hype sticker, original insert with song lyrics, album credits, and photos, and original merchandising insert.  Inner sleeve is a stock IRS Records clear thin plastic inner sleeve.
