Very very rare funk/soul crossover 45 that I must admit will be a hard one to let go ! such a stunning track ! Incredibly sought after 45 in beautiful condition. At the moment this MEGA RARE 45 is one of the absolute most in-demand records on the funk and northern soul scenes. Both sides are great dancers, but "You Make Everything Better" is the top side in my opinion. Listen to this if you don't know it. Definitely one of the rarest soul 45s on the Bell label, much MUCH rarer than Bobby Reed "Time Is Right For Love" for example! 

 Don't sleep , won't see this for a long time again !
