Over the next couple of weeks i'll be listing a various northern, RnB and Motown records from both mine and my dad's collections. The old man's selling up but i'm simply making room for more so there will be some nice records up for grabs - add me as a favourite seller to keep in touch with what i'm listing.

What an amazing tune this is!! Simply brilliant 70's soul / crossover. This is the best version in my opinion, and most popular on the soul scene. Flip it over and you'll hear an amazing 60's upbeat mod soul / RnB track......you'll really wow people with the B-side, very much underplayed, many wont know it.
The label is supremly well kept, record has a few marks / scuffs but plays through superb on both sides. I am grading this as an VG+. Perfect for DJ-ing with. Many would probably grade it better.

I dont claim to be an expert record dealer but have been collecting records for over a decade and regularly buy from established dealers and ebay traders so have graded the records from past experience. I have graded each record modestly so worth bearing this in mind.....oh, and i never use Mint as a grade, dont believe it exists! Will mainly use VG or EX with + / - to help with more accurate grading.
