UK LABEL NORTHERN SOUL
I'll be auctioning off a lot of UK label singles over the next year(s), all taken from my own large collection. I've decided to concentrate on collecting US releases, and only keep a few UK label records. Among them are some very collectable 45s indeed, so make sure you don't miss any.

Record conditon: Excellent ++ (plays mint)
Labels condition: Spotless
Here we have a beautiful copy of a record that was a reasonable sized hit when recorded a couple of years before the group began their sojourn in Philadelphia. Because it sold a lot of copies on Bell, it's easy to pick up on that label, but copies on Stateside come up for sale very, very rarely.
The super-fine ballad on the A-side is backed by the best ever record by the group. They cut an amazing amount of superb soul over many years, but "I Dig Your Act" is my fave, marginally ahead of the monster "I'll Never Forget You".
The vinyl only has a very small number of exceedingly light "spiders webs" (I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10 grading) Both of the labels are nearly as-new, with hardly any signs of play around the spindle-hole. There are no label marks, writing, or other defacement, and the centre (with conditions) is intact.
Currently valued by Manship at £85.
This record has been played on both sides to verify condition. It comes in my own personalized card cover.
