THE NOMADS-45-“Thoughts Of A Madman” b/w “From Zero Down”-Tornado Records # T-159-DJ Issue-2 Sided MONSTER out of North Carolina, Early (April) 1967...All of you who are into this sound probably know what this is and how great it is-in case you are not familiar with this-this is WHERE IT IS AT!!! DEFINITIVE GARAGE / PUNK / PUNKADELIC--Ultra-SAVAGE, primitive----Gutteral, savage lead vocals-psychotic at the end of the A side as the lead singer professes his insanity (great lyrics as you can imagine from the title), fuzz guitar, Vox Continental, all the elements of greatness-deranged fuzz lead guitar break, middle and on the tail out, some great shreiks from the lead singer with parallels to the Sonics’ Gerry Roslie...B side is just as great, and of the same nature...EVERYTHING is cool about this record!!!!!!!! The label states “THE NOMADS-A Sensational New Discovery”-I couldn’t have said it better!!!! Condition: Record is MINT-minus......
