Here is a very nice complete Meet The Beatles Scranton Plant Mono Copy LP. No BMI/ACSAP credits are noted on the labels making this the earliest and one of the rarest Beatles record ever released on Capitol records in America.THE IAM stamp is present in the runout making it a match with the original Scranton Jacket.This is a nice survivor.The jacket condition is Ex+ to NM as you can see in the pictures. No staining, creases, ink marks, or ring wear. The spine and seams are perfect and the jacket still has it’s beautiful glossy color. These earliest mono copies endured lots of wear n tear during the beginning of Beatlemania. Very nice seeing one in this condition. The original inner sleeve and sears bag are still present and has NO seam punches or splits.
The record itself is in nice condition with only minor scratches and blemishes which do not affect the sound quality whatsoever. Not really any surface noise or pops at all. Just a few here and there in between songs. The labels are nice and crisp as seen in pictures. Genuine MONO sound is also noted. Overall a Very nice sounding record ! I’d grade the vinyl itself at a VG.
