PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.


RARE ORIGINAL Greg Calbi mastered Hub-Servall first pressing on Editions EG from 1981 with textured cover, printed poly inner sleeve and original $4.98 Wax Trax! Records (represent, Chicago!) price sticker from when the legendary label operated a store on Lincoln Avenue decades ago and exclusively sold records that mattered.  Impeccable provenance.  LP is a gorgeous near mint minus.  Cover has a tiny nick on the spine near the top and a hint of age yellowing at the opening but is still in the original shrink wrap.  You will not be disappointed.
