PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.


ULTRA RARE original first pressing on Sire from 1989 with SRC (Specialty Records Corporation) dead wax stamp and matte black & white printed inner sleeve with Pet Sematary lyrics!!!  Vinyl is a gorgeous near mint minus and cover is VG+, close to VG++ with a small nick at the opening on the front.  Vinyl's days were numbered when this was released back in 1989 as CDs had been outselling it since 1986.  As a result VERY few of these were pressed.  Incredibly hard to find and near impossible to find in this condition so don't sleep.  You will not be disappointed.
