GONNA BE HARD TO FIND A BETTER COPY THAN THIS ONE HERE!

STILL SEALED IN ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY CELLOPHANE SHRINK WRAP!
There is a break in the Shrink Wrap, front left side, almost the full length from top to bottom. This happened only because of the age involved. Album has always been very carefully stored...in temperature controlled environment.   
Record Grade: MINT? to NEAR MINT ~ NEVER PLAYED Jacket Cover: NEAR MINT (I have never graded a album Jacket Cover 'mint', but this one does come close)
 
What makes me think this record has never been opened,  never played?

I am the one who bought this album in 1994, shortly after its release.
 
I do like to collect 'Still Sealed' vinyl records. This album I bought from the 'semi famous' VINTAGE VINYL record store, located in Evanston, Illinois.
