FROM THE SLEEVE NOTES :
'November 1968, Greek Street, London - Alex Spyropoulos, Ray Singer and myself - NIRVANA IS CONCEIVED. Enter Muff Winwood, Jimmy Miller and Chris Blackwell - 'Tiny Goddess' and 'Pentecost Hotel' emerge and later 'Rainbow Chaser', which opened the door.
But beyond the door was only darkness.
Two years and two albums later, I have found and given birth to the real NIRVANA. The child, which I give to you, is called LOCAL ANAESTHETIC. It is alive with love and honesty, but it is mentally unbalaced'. Patrick Campbell-Lyons.
