 For sale is an ULTRA- RARE, Limited Edition Split - 7" picture disc (see pictures below) featuring NIRVANA ( "OH, THE GUILT") and JESUS LIZARD ("PUSS"). Long gone rarity, a must- have in your collection!! Includes original record label with other info (UNPLAYED!!)   (MINT)

Hello & thanks for looking at my ebay auction.

 Please do not be alarmed by the high number of negative feedbacks which occurred due to unforeseen circumstances with my job commitments causing me to be away in the field with no computer access this past summer 2004 and just before Xmas 2004. So,some folks panicked when no parcels arrived or received no replies from me on their emails.This is understandable.If you notice though, all feedbacks have been reversed except those where the time period of activity on ebay database had lapsed,so the ebay program could no longer be accessed in order to reverse those negatives even after the buyers had received their records .Most have either reversed,or tried unsuccessfully to reverse their negative feedbacks and some have apologized for their haste in "pulling the trigger on me".

I must emphasize that I am not here to cheat anyone. I just want to sell the great music cd's and vinyl that I have accumulated over the years and want to find people who will enjoy this stuff and be satisfied with their purchase.I am neither claiming nor attempting to be a high power ebay store or anything similar,but am committed to giving the best service and music at the best price possible wthin the limits of my job/life circumstances.

I would hope that my recent feedbacks are testimonial to this fact.

Regarding the recent NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS....one instance ,where a good customer left FOUR NEGATIVES ...this was due to a SCREW UP WITH THE ITALIAN POSTAL SYSTEM....the buyer got his package and he then emailed me to let me know,but it was too late to reverse the negatives (which he offered to do).

I have included his emails below,showing his explanation to me regardingthe Italian Post Office system causing the delay .

Another recent negative feedback customer apologized and said he felt "now I feel like a sap for leaving a negative" (see also his email below)

I'm not happy about the unfortunate negatives and not happy that you have to read thru all this long drawn out wordage,but it's tough on ebay when there's a spate of negatives causing potential buyers to be hesitant to bid (I KNOW THAT FEELING 'COS I FEEL THE SAME HESITANCY WHEN I AM INTENDING TO BID & THEN NOTICE A SELLER'S LOW FEEDBACK SCORE)

So, I'm trying to put you at ease so that you feel comfortable and confident in bidding on my auctions.

SOME BUYERS DID NOT READ THIS MESSAGE OR WERE CONFUSED OTHERS PANICKED WHEN MY RETURN DATE WAS DELAYED ,LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS,THEN MANY MORE PANICKED LIKE A "DOMINO EFFECT" . 2 SELLERS PANICKED & LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS & ON  MY RETURN I FOUND 14 NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS ON MY EBAY RATING PLACED WITHIN A TWO WEEK PERIOD.

AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE CURRENT FEEDBACK SCENARIO, THINGS ARE RETURNING TO NORMAL AS ALL CUSTOMERS EVENTUALLY RECEIVE THEIR RECORDS...
