Description

Nirvana, From The Muddy Banks Of The Wishkah, Genuine U.S. Promo Press Kit (September 1996, DGC). 

The Press Kit includes: three-page stapled history of the band (on DGC letterhead), and one original 8x10 glossy promo photo (NOT a reproduction). 

FTMBOTW Press Kits were sent to radio stations and music magazines in order to promote Nirvana’s upcoming live album. The official release of FTMBOTW was on October 1st, 1996.

I purchased it in the late 1990s.
